JapanExcellent staff. The person at the reception is awesome! Place is super clean. The locallity is amazing. Comfortable and cozy place. The common areas and bathroom are exceptionally clean. Everyone has enough bathrooms even though shared bathroom place. Facilities they are provide are very good. I will definitely recommend everyone choose this place if you get a chance. Especially if family of 4 then get the family room. Very close to public transportation.

The dormitory/ pod sleeping space is spacious and well equipped with power and fan. Many good quality amenities such as face wash and moisturizer are provided. Location is 5-10 mins walk from Fukushima station and there are many restaurants/ shops near by. The host is very friendly and can speak English well.

The room was very clean and nice, was a bonus to be able to connect to Netflix on the TV! Breakfast was included and it was very lovely that they were able to pack the breakfast as a bento if you, request it. Location was amazing as it was right next to the station.

The location was ideal, close to dinner spots and the train station. The staff were absolutely incredible, they were so helpful and had an incredible memory, we felt really taken care of. The room was also quite spacious which we enjoyed.

The help yourself ammenities in foyer were great. The location to the train station was fabulous 2min walk. The bed was comfy with extra pillows available. The facial mask was a nice touch and the drip coffee bags a bonus.
Great washing machine located on the 8th floor. Room was compact but well laid out.

The location was a good representation of what Japan is like within a country town. We loved the rooms, and the small communal area outside the two smaller rooms where we could play cards and enjoy an evening drink before bed.

Easy location not far from the castle and other sightseeing spots. It was very convenient to have a parking spot.
The house is beautifully done, just bring warm socks if you are coming in winter, it is a old house and the floor is cold.
The bathtub was wonderful and the bedroom upstairs beautiful. Our family loved it!

For a standard hotel we were surprised with the size of the room and the amenities of the hotel (public bath included). The breakfast was simple but fine and the location is very easy to find. There a lot of shops and restaurants close-by for those traveling by car.
