LaosThe hotel is conveniently located near the airport—great for both our late-night arrival and early morning departure—but it is also in a charming walkable neighborhood just two blocks from the Mekong River and a 10-minute taxi ride to downtown. Our room was clean, comfortable, and classy. Even our standard room was a generous size with a comfortable bed, premium linens, quality bathroom fixtures, stylish crown moulding, and a large natural wooden desk that provided a warm touch of Laos. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional—even when we had to check in late and leave early. This was the perfect spot to start and end our stay in Vientiane with a bit of convenient exploration in between.

We wanted to be right by the train station as we had just crossed the border that day and had an early train booked the following morning. Location was perfect, literally 3 minutes walk away. Pool and room were fab and exactly the afternoon we needed before the train journey. Great breakfast.

Name of hotel in English and Thai easier to spot for foreigner.
Clean room, nice location near Nong khai but need a car. Nice cafe in hotel with pleasant view and chilling area.
Nice walk along the lakeside. Swimming pool was small and cold but that's the way I like it also no taste of chlorine.
The television was huge and really good reception.
Was upgraded to a ground floor room with no extra charge as description on booking not correct.
Very helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Staff helped us a lot in obtaining information on our delayed flight to Luang Prabang. Initially broken toilet was fixed within hours. The location is perfect, as it is in the heart of the city centre but a in a side street that you have some good silence.

The location was wonderful - in the center of the city close to a variety of restaurants and only 2 blocks from the river. There is a lovely river walk and lots to see. The bed was comfortable and the pillows pleasantly firm. The free full breakfast was very much appreciated - I had fried rice and my husband had rice porridge. The staff are kind and helpful. It might be a bit difficult to communicate for those who do not speak Thai, but the staff know how to use Google translate and that will probably get you through any topic.

Very friendly and supportive staff. They helped for booking further travel plans and gave for all things attention like opening the door when we came full packed over.
Rooms are very nice, modern and clean. I recommend to take one with balcony.
Location is perfect for downtown and night market. So you make nothing wrong with booking this hotel in Vientiane

This is my favorite place to stay whenever I'm in Vientiane. Salana gives out a cozy and tranquil vibe. Everything is well taken care of. The staff are super nice and professional. Definitely check out their 'Living Room' on the 4th floor - a perfect place to chill.

Very clean with a nice lounge area, the rooms are huge, shower facilities all new with sinks inside so very convenient for getting ready, staff were helpful and the lovely rescue cats are so sweet makes it feel very homely - Luna was my favourite, best location they also include a fancy breakfast with free snacks also the curtains are completely black out I have never slept like this in a hostel
