Very friendly staff.
Clean and spacious swimming pool with water temperature that makes it pleasant to use during the day. We also tried it in the mornings and evenings.
During our stay, all the neighbors were friendly — no parties, everything was perfect.

This a lovely gem of a place. It's off the busy road and very quiet. You can see the lagoon from the balcony. The room is large, modern, comfortable and stylish.
There's an immaculately maintained shared kitchen.
The owner is very responsive, friendly and helpful.

This was the most perfect place to stay to stay within the castle walls is amazing. The owners were so kind and generous the breakfast was a feast of Portuguese treats and we were given wine and cherry liqueur to taste. Everything was exceptional and the most authentic accommodation we have had on our trip to Portugal.

Excellent location in the city centre and close to the Castle area.
The hotel is a beautiful house with typical features and furniture. Our room was spacious and offered a beautiful view.
The breakfast was good, with fresh little croissants straight from the oven.
The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

Good, peaceful location, right in the city center, with cafes nearby, big supermarket 10 mins walking distance, dunes beach 20 mins aways.
The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, looks cosy and well-maintained. The apartment has heating, TV, oven, washing machine, and the kitchen has all the required equipment for cooking. Special thanks for coffee, salt and oil :)
I would definitely return back. Recommended.

This is a perfect place to stay. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, modern and comfortable. The location is also good being close to the beach as well as the riverside with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop back to Aveiro (no. 36) is also easy to reach.
All in all this is a great little place to stay snd the owners are very friendly and communicate well.
Highly recommended!

Pleasant place to stay, very well decorated. Excellent location up front the beach next to the main avenue. Very good restaurants all around. Perfect cleaning. Pets allowed. Nice and quite terrace on the backyard.

We really liked the apartment in terms of decoration,space,location and amenities.The highlight of course is the beach and the promenade which are really close to the apartment.We also really appreciated the fact that Osvaldo informed us for road closure downtown and the useful tips that he gave us for our stay.We would gladly stay here again for a longer time.

The location is amazing, in the downtown. my apartment was to the quiet end so we didn't have noise problems but I have to tell the windows are double glass ones so I don't expect they will be a lot of noise entering. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
They were able to give us a early check in since the unit was available.

Great location, near by everything, Óbidos downtown and the coast, Baleal.
Good restaurants and a nice bar to drink a secret Óbidos’s cocktail, “toupeiro”.
The room was beautiful arranged, with a special “heart” for the guests. Love it!
