It was clean, wellness was gorgeous, the views are unbeatable. Kitchen was well equipped.

Easy check in , the appartement was really so clean ans big , there was crib as we requested , the kitchen was nice and everything was there so u can cook for yourself , free parking , calm place . the view from the living room and the balcony is amazing, it’s 25 min by car to Hallstatt so we were happy to book far from the noise of the tourists there , better to do some grocery if u wanna cook bcz there is just one small shop close to the gas station otherwise everything was so nice and good , will definitely come back again

Great location, the town of Obertraun is beautiful even in rainy weather. The host was very helpful and polite, offering us late check in as our train was delayed. The apartment is cozy and well equipped, close to the Dachstein Ice Cave and Hallstatt, for a reasonable price. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to get here from the train station. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Hallstatt is easily reachable by bus.

Cleanliness and professional courtesy of employees, especially in checking in and out. Employees in exercise facilities were very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was very good in restaurant and breakfast was excellent. Parking was good and not too far to walk.

Great location. Amazing breakfast and food in general. Every single member of the staff delivers perfect service. This is challenging and a great achievement. Respect. The room was nice and most importantly quiet. The view to the Loser is wonderful. I’m not the Spa type so I didn’t use it a lot but it’s nice, it was not overcrowded and the teabar plus nuts and dry fruit is welcomed. I would have appreciated a higher water temperature in the pools but that’s minor. It was warm enough to feel good inside. The golf course is around the corner and next to the hotel. I’m not an expert but the course looked rather mediocre to me and just as much maintained as necessary. But that’s not part of the hotel and not their responsibility. I will definitely come back again.
