my single room was upgraded to a large double with great views and a balcony. very good selection for breakfast in a comfortable dining room. all the staff were very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable as regards any guests requirements. i hope to return asap

This hotel was within just a few minutes walk to one of the main gondolas which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and respectful and even offered to help reserve our ski passes for Arlberg. The room was very spacious and comfortable and very recently renovated with very comfortable and high quality material. The breakfast every morning was delicious, as well as all the other meals from Chef Dennis and his crew, who made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Overall very pleasant stay

This is the most incredible hotel run by a wonderful warm caring team. Elegant, stylish, spotless, classy and also cosy. Food exceptional. Pool and spa first class, a sublime treat for non-skiers as well as skiers/walkers. Everything has been thought through in minute detail. Sandra - the owner and manager - has selected a first class team. Nothing is too much trouble and the facilities are generously spacious. It is set just above the resort which makes for a peaceful setting that is protected from but close to the noise and bustle of the shops and night clubs. Cannot recommend more highly.

The property had so much character! It was inviting and relaxing. The staff was exceptional, so kind and accommodating with our questions and requests. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and had a beautiful view.

The sauna and pool were beautiful. We loved using the sauna after a day of skiing. The shuttle was very convenient in the morning.

This was our second time staying here. It was fabulous again! The hosts are super sweet and kind. It’s like you’re staying with friends. The apartment is very well supplied, clean and comfortable. Very comfy beds. Nice ski storage room to keep your equipment in as well as a boot warmer. Easy to walk into Pettneu for dinner and a short walk to the ski bus. The balcony provides a nice view if you’re coming when it’s a bit warmer.

This hotel is lovely and modern. It is perfectly situated in the center of town, only a few steps from the gondola and easy walking distance to everything. The hotel has direct access to two restaurants and the InterSport for ski rentals and storage.

Overall excellent experience with very nice accommodation and amazing breakfast. Equally far from the main lifts, but there is a free shuttle. The staff was always present and available to help out. Fun snacks and fruit were at the front which was nice after getting back from skiing or walking from the main area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location, staff, food, bar, spa, etc. I should say, everything & anything about this hotel was amazing. The owner was there everyday overseeing everything & the staff had a great relationship with her. They were like a family & treated all the guests like one. They had a beautiful event for Christmas Eve & an exquisite menu. On Christmas day they had gifts for all the kids & parents. Extremely thoughtful. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.
