The location is perfect, near many shops and restaurants. The hotel is cozy, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also great.

Very nice staff, all size sledges available on site, even some toys for children, kitchen with all tools you could need. There is also a convenience store with some beer, milk, wine, cheese, canned food and chips. Tap water is very good also. Pets allowed. Highly recommend this location

Great stay, only 2min walk from gondola!! Definitely value for money. We were surprised with the variety in breakfast and dinner. They even saved food for us since we arrived late. The spa was nice as well.

The apartment was fitted out to a high standard and the main bed & sofa bed were very comfortable. The Flora apartments have a reception and I was able to leave my luggage with them on the final day for €5 as we had an evening flight home. In hindsight I would have used the Hunters ski hire attached to the Flora apartments as the walk to the slopes was very short - just across the road - and the one I used in the Riva hotel was overwhelmed with people due to school holidays (1hr queue on first day). We didnt cook in the apartment as there were lots of good restaurants in Borovets but useful to have the kitchen / fridge for breakfast. Would definitely use this apartment again.

The location was great. Easy access to Martinovi Baraki lift and also close to the yastrebetz gondola. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the ski slopes. The apartment was well equipped, with a kitchen that had everything required for a comfortable stay. Having a ski depot and service in the same building was very practical for handling any equipment needs. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

the partnent was clean and had everything we need. you only have to make a place for the ski equipment. we use the bathroom to store the ski and the skiboots. the internet signal was wery weak. we had internet only in lobby.
