Fiquei hospedado no apartamento por três noites. A estrutura do prédio é nova e muito agradável. De modo geral, tudo estava muito limpo e organizado, inclusive o apartamento. A vista da sacada para a ponte Hercílio Luz é simplesmente incrível e a cereja do bolo! O apartamento é muito confortável, e tudo funcionava adequadamente. A partir da localização do prédio, é possível acessar a Beira-Mar Norte e o centro de Florianópolis, que possuem diversos estabelecimentos comerciais, a pé. Andei por toda a região e não me senti inseguro em nenhum momento.
