This hotel is, without a doubt, the best value in Medellín. I spent a great deal of time researching before booking, and my criteria were clear: a clean and comfortable space, proximity to stores and restaurants, walkable access to a metro station, two beds, and friendly, reliable staff. This hotel exceeded every expectation. I was initially hesitant due to the small number of reviews, though they were all positive. However, since the hotel was newly listed - the earliest review dated only to November - I decided to take the chance. I’m so glad I did. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. Everything felt new and upscale. The living room featured two balconies, and each bedroom had its own balcony as well. The lighting throughout the apartment was excellent. We stayed on the second floor and could hear noise from the Provenza bars and the busy intersection below. That said, once the balcony doors were closed, the outside noise faded into a soft white noise. I’m a light sleeper, but I slept soundly thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows, as well as the blackout curtains. The rooftop pool was completed on our second day, and we were fortunate to be among the first guests to enjoy it. The pool is heated, beautifully lit, and a wonderful place to relax. The location is unbeatable. Everything is close by - countless restaurants and shops, and Provenza just half a block away. We used the metro to visit Plaza Botero and Comuna 13. The walk to the metro station was easy and pleasant, though the return trip was a bit more challenging with tired legs. One important tip: the metro accepts Colombian pesos only - no credit cards or foreign currency. Finally, the staff truly set this hotel apart. Everyone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, including arranging airport transportation. A special mention to Luis for recommending Sambombi Bistro Local - a hidden gem not to be missed.

We like everything, my stay was perfect, certainly I will stray there another time.

Osh in Cartagena is an absolute gem and, hands down, the best dining experience I’ve had in the city. From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the tone—elegant yet welcoming, with a vibrant energy that complements the historic charm of Cartagena. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were passionate about the menu and eager to offer recommendations. The wine selection was equally impressive, with pairings that elevated the meal to another level.
