What a beautiful place! The hotel was stunning, with a very clean and inviting swimming pool. The staff were incredibly polite, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment at the bar — we truly enjoyed the live singer and the dancer who not only performed but also taught guests some traditional dance steps. It made the evenings fun and memorable. A wonderful experience overall!

Comfortable beds with excellent mattresses and pillows, stunning ocean views from the 5th floor, spacious rooms, and decent food for an all-inclusive option (though seafood is limited to occasional fish dishes). The reception team was outstanding (especially one Spanish girl, forgot her name) with exceptional customer service from Rika, and amazing restaurant managers Lucas and Maria. Plenty of free parking, a large heated indoor pool, and a convenient location close to Nissi beach (10 min waking distance), nearby bakeries and the main street added to the experience. A large supermarket nearby. Overall an excellent stay. The team went above and beyond to resolve service issues at the bar, even received one complimentary night stay after addressing some service issues with a staff member. Mistakes happen, but at Chrysomare, they genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special thanks to Rika for her fantastic service.

Excellent staff, breakfast and location. Luxurious and calm. Just in front of the famous Nissi beach, also Landa is nearby, and close to the bus stop that takes to Waterworld Waterpark.

Staff was super nice, and the location is phenomenal, located right on the Makronissos beach, probably the best brach in Agia Napa. Breakfast was okay, lunch and dinner were very, very good with a variety of foods and salads. Several pools for kids and adults with animators several times throughout the day. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. All in all, exceptional value for money, will definitely come back.

Pretty nice hotel,large room facing the sea with all amenities,, it was a pretty nice and comfortable stay although i didn't like Ayia Napa that much the apart hotel was good

The staff are simply amazing: always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything you need. The soundproofing is excellent, making the rooms peaceful and quiet. Everything in the room worked perfectly. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and furnished with great taste. The swimming pool is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The food is incredibly delicious, with a great selection for every meal. In one word—outstanding! If you’re planning to visit Cyprus, I highly recommend this hotel. 100/10!

I have to say from my first visit all the way through to my end stay was absolutely brilliant and with everyone being polite and very helpful which I have never experience any experience like this and this is all due to the lovely manager Linda who in every way helped me as had a crises out here and with someone great like Linda to help me get through it see made my stay and would stay again and again thank you Linda, As for the food this was lovely and once again with lovely staff offering me each day my choice of dinner that the chef would cook and once again big thanks to the area Manager once again a lovely guy thanks to the team and the experience guys

Very new, clean everything was there from bathroom supplies to home supplies, the receptionist was so kind, everything was so good and more than what we expected, the balcony was excellent.

The location was perfect for what we needed it, the night life is just right there, parking is in front of the hotel, pool is nice, there is a well stocked shop where you can find anything you need, also a coffee place and buggy rental, everything is there. Staff is accommodative and the room was perfect for what we needed, had mini fridge, kettle, basic utensils, good working AC, we got small shampoos and shower gel, enough hangers and a nice small patio, we just loved it and would definitely consider booking it again. But if you are sensitive to mosquitos, bring your own repellent or buy one in the shop near the hotel.
