One of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed at… super cozy, traditional decor, great pool, nice spacious room with all necessities… we were also able to prepare breakfasts and dinners. There’s a lot of super cute cats roaming around and asking for affection. Best of all, Jennifer, the lady working there… is an absolute Angel and took amazing care of us in every way possible. They have some beach umbrellas that guests can borrow, which is also very useful. It’s located in a cute village beside a beautiful church… 2 min from the highway, gas station and a big supermarket. There are big free parking lots nearby too. It’s a self check in process, which is great because you can arrive or leave at any hour! We drove from here to Ayia Napa no problem… much better than staying in Larnaca or Ayia Napa!! We will definitely come back here!

Beautiful architecture, nicely restored property with very spacious accommodation. We did not need to use it but there was a fireplace. Also there was air condition everywhere but I suspect that during the Summer the 50+cm walls will keep the property at a cool temperature.

I stayed for 20 days and it was a wonderful choice. Great apartment with a mountain view (the village is on a hill). Fast Wi-Fi - great for working remotely. The pool is cleaned daily and the lemon tree near the pool is just perfect. I enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The apartment is cozy, spacious and comfortable - you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is a big supermarket nearby. The village is close to Larnaka and to the old town of Pano Lefkara. Note: For hot water, turn the switch on near the electrical panel.

Peaceful, green, private oasis where you can relax and feel part of old Cyprus. All amenities to cook at home or easy access to many restaurants and the ocean. Wonderful for a couple or as a group. Super hosts

Perfect place, perfect location !

I loved the warm welcome, the authentic food, the generous portions, the panoramic view over the historical village, the traditional setup of the rooms and pools, and the amazing breakfast.

We had an amazing time at Varakas House and George was so friendly from meeting us when we arrived to messaging when we left. Tochni was a great location to explore the island and the studio apartment was ideal for us - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, great shower and tranquil location with so much history. Would love to return with extended family to have the whole place.

A beautiful traditional house located in the charming village of Tochni. The hosts are very responsive and are always available. Location is perfect for exploring the whole island by car.
