The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The food at the restaurant was incredible and the waiting staff was knowledgeable about recommendations and pairings. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking Kassel city at no extra charge. The pool area looks incredible and picturesque however we did not personally use it

The accommodation for our motorcycles was great and convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and the restaurant was very convenient. Breakfast was well prepared.
