Staff are very nice and kind, food is good, parking is large, view is amazing, room is large too.

Lovely room, it has a sloped ceiling with a skylight over the bed, perfect for stargazing at night. The hotel offers a rich breakfast, and there are comfortable sofas and chairs place everywhere. The little bear sitting in front of the room makes it more like a home.

We did the reservation for one night only, but the service and the place were so amazing that we decided to stay longer! The breakfast and the sauna were totally awesome.

The staff was very accommodating. We messed up our reservation but the lady working the desk helped us put and was very pleasant about it. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful countryside and very reasonable price.

The spa is amazing and stays open late! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I even made friends with other solo travelers. The room was very nice. Walking distance to the small town and walking or short drive to many fun hikes. Food looked and tasted great. They even slipped me a little extra wine which was very nice 😃😃 10/10 recommend this place!

Amazing quiet and beautiful location, staff was very friendly and had a wide variety of drinks on their terrace. It is a old hotel, but they really tried to make it more modern. The sunbeds and the free use of the sauna and swimming pool were a great plus.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The location to so many things was perfect without feeling crowded. Our family of 5 fit in Apartment 128 with a bunk bed for 3 and the pullout sofa. There were plenty of extra blankets which were greatly appreciated during our stay as it snowed most of the time. Our kids loved the pool, though I could do with it being a bit warmer but we still had fun. Everything needed to make meals was available for us and the massage chair was a huge highlight! Everyone fought over who got to use it next! The YouTube videos on how to access the apartment and pool were so helpful. We also always got lucky finding a parking spot. Under 10min drive to the Triberg Falls, museums and clocks shops. Overall would stay again and even recommend to friends!
