AustraliaFrom the moment we arrived we felt welcome, your staff at reception, dinner and breakfast were all so lovely. Our dinner and breakfast were very good with GF options for me being Coeliac.
Our room was beautiful and bed super comfortable. The view of the water from our window was so beautiful and the location was perfect for a walk into town.
We would definitely recommend staying at Muthu Alexandra Hotel if you are visiting Oban

Our family room was part of the annex behind the main building of the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also had a small outdoor seating area which was very useful, particularly as the weather was good for a change.
The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choice to cater for all tastes.
We enjoyed using the swimming pool and steam room and staff were all very welcoming.

The breakfast was over cooked on a lot of the items.
The swimming pool was excellent.
There was a stain on the carpet in our room otherwise the room was lovely, it’s just sad that the stain was the first thing you saw on entering the room after seeing the breath-taking view from the window

We have stayed here before which is why we chose to return,the hotel staff are excellent,nothing is too much,the views over Oban bay are superb,we upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely,the indoor swimming pool is fantastic too,all in all absolutely fantastic.

Room had a sloping ceiling near the bed and on either side of the window and tea/coffee making area. This made it easy to bang your head. Rooms at the front of the hotel had a nice view. The hotel has a fantastic indoor swimming pool and steam room which you have to request and sign in for, My wife and I had it to ourselves.
