The room was fabulous. We have been upgraded to family suite, it is like a small apartment, very clean , perfect 2 king size bad , great bathroom with good shower facilities, reception was very communicable and pleasant. There is a playroom for kids with many attractions and also spa , pool and fitness center has a new equipment.

Nice, cozy bedroom with a large comfy bed. An ok breakfast was brought to the room. There was a mini kitchen (kettle, microwave, mini fridge, and stove). Help desk in the lobby. There was a long and narrow balcony. The bed sheets and towels were clear and fresh. The chairs were comfortable. We lived in room 40 on the 40th floor, block A.

Location is perfect, Staff are very supportive and helpful, Room was very clean and comfortable, they have restaurant, spa, and café shop in the hotel it self, Room size is nice, bathroom is clean and modern.

It's simply the best choice for the couples or small families. The location is the best possible: you stay in the heart of the old city, the crowdy K. Gamsahurdia street is just 50 meters away (with all the shops, restaurants, banks, etc) however you are hidden in the very quiet place. Just amazing! The personnel (and owners, at the same time) are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with transfer from Kutaisi airport (it was at a very reasonable price). The villa itself and rooms are in every good shape, everything is fully functional and in good visual condition s. Rooms are spacey enough, everything necessary is present (hair dryer, iron, kitchen appliances, fridge, gas stove etc). Furniture is comfortable, the room is air conditioned, the ac is of a bit slow performance per my taste, but does it work with Aug's heat. WiFi is available and the provided speed is pretty good.
