The staff was super friendly and always willing to help with anything. The breakfasts were delicious and at night you can't miss the fireplace in the dining room which is perfect for a good wine, hot chocolate or coffee. The concierge Marvin was the most wonderful host. He provided amazing service from check in to check out. When we had an issue at check in he took charge and helped us fix it. He remembered our names, and when my sister told him about an allergy, the staff prepared a special meal for her.

The breakfast supplies were a great start on our first morning there. Plenty of eggs, black beans, and bread. And lots of coffee supplies and orange juice.

The grounds of Jardines del Lago are beautiful. The hotel is famous for hosting events (weddings, parties, etc.) and was busy during our stay. The hotel is very close to the public lanchas for crossing the lake. The restaurant and wifi were excellent.
