A very cozy facility, at the edge of the island, food was very good and the staff was polite at all times.

So it's "the" everything. At first glance the Resort could use a touch of renovation but the impeccable maintenance, squeaky cleanliness, good food and service charm you in a second. In general, convenient location, great and practical beaches around, awe-inspiring color of the sea, the magic and the hospitality of the island itself sweeten the deal. The bottom line, great value for money and worth your while. I'd definitely like to come back sometime. On second thought, I could stay there forever :-)

Our room was nice, big and clean. It had everything needed in the kitchen. It is a place a family can easily stay longer. The beach is amazing, very nice for jumping, swimming and SUP.

The hotel is located in the peaceful area of Hvar island, surrounded by beaches on both sides of the hotel. The hotel is renovated, clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning (unnecessary) and TV that we never used. :) Where should I start? The food is delicious, there is plethora of seafood everyday (salmon, octopus, swordfish, dorada, shark...). The service is amazing, everyone is kind and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly which is a BIG plus! And above all, if you want to be relaxed, you are at the right place. The nature here, the beaches, the warm and peaceful sea, kind people, plenty of cool beach bars makes you feel like you are in heaven. And all of that, at a excellent price.

We stayed in Stari Grad the last two nights of our 8 days in Croatia and it was by far the best stop on our trip. The Villa was amazing with a few of the water and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Quite, relaxing and peaceful

Staff was absolutely amazing, they were caring, attencious and sincere. The hotel itself is a gem, its an older hotel but delivers a lot for its two stars. A lot of croatian families were there, atmosphere was very nice and cool. It is not a five star hotel or pretends to be it, but serves good food and lodgind for a fair price in a very nice location. So I have to reccomend it!

Wonderful home in a quiet location. We especially loved the terrace and the size of the pool. It was very pleasant to lay near the pool in the morning surrounded by trees and peace.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Dolce Serra! Goran and Sanja were fantastic hosts—super welcoming, quick to respond, and always ready to help. We travel a lot, and honestly, they’re some of the warmest hosts we’ve ever met. The house had everything we needed, was spotless, and even had a chlorine-free pool, which we really enjoyed. It’s in a quiet, peaceful village, just 5 minutes from Stari Grad and about 20 minutes to Hvar. Having a restaurant right next door was also a big plus. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay on the island!

The property was very well equipped in general and in some ways almost too much, but that's no complaint. Lovely quiet village location but leas than 30 minutes to Hvar etc.

Great location, host, beautiful home. The kitchen is pretty sparse when it comes to cooking. There’s salt, but that’s about all. Good cookware, but I had to go to the store and buy a lot of spices, etc to cook there, just be prepared to do a big shopping trip.

Very enjoyable stay for our large family group! We had 7 adults and 5 children who all enjoyed the stay greatly. The pool and sauna were a highlight! The playground area was perfect for the younger children.
