Everything of the Marriott was Amazing also the the Lulu Mall is next door was really beneficial

What's not to like- the hotel appearance , the food, beverages, and room were all excellent.

We received a very warm welcome when we checked in with welcome drinks at the cafe. The duty manager even sent some chocolates to our room with a welcome note. Anything we requested was done pronto. The breakfast was a good spread. Food was delicious for lunch at Masala Restaurant. Everyone was eager to help and to make our stay very comfortable. The security was excellent. They had a good number of staff and so everything was being managed by them so well. We were just too happy to have stayed there.

The warm welcome and hospitality was the best I’ve received in years. Every little thing was taken care of. Khushboo at the front desk was a gem. Thank you for making my stay that much more special and enjoyable. I wouldn’t have felt the same way if not for her unwavering commitment towards my experience.

The overall atmosphere was very pleasant; the staff were warm and welcoming. The quality of the beds were phenomenal. The room was very spacious as well, and the housekeeping staff were always prompt with requests.

Very close by to airport literally walking distance and they provide pickup and drop off

Awesome host and clean surroundings. I have become a frequent visitor because of the peaceful hospitality, helpful staff and ofcourse nice pool.

Service of all the staff from reception to restaurant was really good. Service very fast and comes with a smile almost all times.Room is clean , shower and toilet are good.Breakfast spread was nice. Adjoining restaurant which offers meals at all times was really convenient as we travel with a young child ,food was good in all aspects.Shopping also convenient. I requested a marker for my luggage was given at a snap of a finger. I forgot to return though. Best Wishes to the organisation and staff.Quodos!

Very close to Ernakulam North and South Railway Stations . Adjacent to Centre Square Mall, with shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. Close to the main bus stations, making local travel easy.

Good location and friendly service staff

Wonderful colonial style hotel, with great people, confortable rooms and beds, great amenities, amazing breakfast! Would highly recommend it and will return again. I wish I would stay one more day to have that breakfast again 😄

The staff is great and they are very welcoming. Everyone working there was so accommodating. The food at the hotel is super good. I highly recommend staying at this place.
