Amazing services food everything

So I randomly choose this hotel because of the beautiful view, as we made a quick trip to Dehradun before leaving for Melbourne. I absolutely loved the property and had a very memorable stay. The staff was just amazing and very helpful at the restaurant. we also had our 1 year old kid with us, Chef Abhinav and Chef Umed made sure that we had everything that we need. We also got to enjoy the food as there was delhi food festival. Also the other floor staff Neha and Khusboo were really caring. will definitely will be coming back.

One of the best parts of our stay at Hyatt Regency Dehradun was the amazing team and experiences. My daughter loved the Hyatt Camp, especially the pottery and arcade games, and Reema was amazing with the kids — super friendly, attentive, and great at keeping them engaged. The Malsi forest walk with Abhishek was fun and informative thanks to his knowledge of the jungle and wildlife. We also loved the soothing live flute music by Vansi and his team in the lobby each morning. Kunal made check-in quick and easy, and overall, the entire team made our stay truly memorable.

Location and ease of communication with staff. Of course the property was luxurious

Breakfast was not upto the mark.

As usual, great service from ITC staff. It is recently taken over by ITC . Good open spaces and convenient location. Neha at reception was very helpful.

Servicec staff and breakfast was top notch .. with full nutrition value for each item written on their breakfast buffet with great healthy options. The property is very beautiful and new .

Excellent Stay at Prominence Mussoorie I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Right in the center of all activities and great scenery. The room was spacious, clean and fresh with a large bed. The service at the front desk and the catering were excellent as usual, and the staff made my stay a pleasant one. I needed to change my flight bookings, Mr. Ravindra Chauhan, Executive Assistant Manager, assisted me through even if it was not this responsibility. Thank you Sir for your professional and courtesy. Buffet meals were excellent with Hi-tea served. Whenever I return to visit the area, I will definitely make this place my base for my further travels into the North of Uttarakhand.

Rooms are very clean and also have spaces ... We stayed in the balconies room ..... Balconies are very good And the food is very tasty. Services are very fast Almost all of my stays are very peaceful and enjoyable

Big size rooms, nice breakfast

The beds were so soft and comfy! It had a balcony with a wonderful view and a swimming pool!
