so the property was like toooo tooo tooo good also the manager and people working at the place were very nice to us like it was the best property till date i have been to in terms of staff , communication .. especiallyy they never said no to us on any request made by us also special thanks to Mr abhishek for the best service to us ... and for suree anytime in dharamshala i am staying in this property only

The idea that it was away from the busyness of town was great. The patio and view in the mornings were great for coffee The staff were excellent and took care of us like family. Manager and his team were always asking how things were and we got to know the owner and his Mom ….. how often does that happen in a resort space

I had an amazing stay at Mastiff Hotel in Dharamkot. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed whether it was arranging a taxi or taking care of small details in my room. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I truly appreciated their hospitality and the personal attention they gave throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient The restaurant staff were exceptional. Sorry, forgot the names but they made us feel right at home. They made a special cake for my birthday and treated us like royalty

Let me begin by saying, exceptional staff, from the moment you step in till the moment you leave the property your are dealt with utmost respect and treated like royalty. Vikrant ,Vishal and Pankaj up in the restaurant make you feel like you are the center of their attention, provided my son with just the tikka sauce gravy as he only wanted that to eat. On Saturday night they play live music and they fulfill your request of any song. The two days I stayed at this property I couldn’t find any reasons to complain and I live in USA so I’m used to staying in Hilton, Marriott, and or Hyatt, I would rate this hotel among this group, please do not change looking forward to staying with you guys the next time I visit India.

got the early checkin. the guy came to the main street to greet me since it was difficult to find.
