Khokan, Deepak, Subham and Nick are wonderful, made us feel at home. They were very attentive and friendly staff. Always smiling and focus on making their guest feel happy and comfortable. I want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Partha (provided excellent service throughout our stay) thanks a lot Fatima, thank you for your help and always smiling, keep up the good work. I always wanted to stay at The Fern and finally got the opportunity. For me it was a fantastic location to visit my family. Wish we had more time to explore. Thank you for everything. Had a wonderful time at The Fern.

The hosts were extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home, and they ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. This homestay is ideal for families, couples, or anyone who appreciates a quiet and comfortable stay with a personal touch. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay very pleasant. The surroundings are peaceful, yet the location is very convenient — 1.5 kms away from Calangute beach, restaurants, and local shops.

Location, staff, cleanliness and food.

Nice enough accommodation in a good location. The owner and staff were pleasant. The food served were also pretty decent. The room was spacious and clean.

We had to cancel our reservation at the last minute, and even though the cancellation policy we chose was non-refundable, the host was gracious enough to cancel the booking for free at the last minute. We really appreciate such kindness from hosts, especially when it is not obligatory, so I would presume that they must take good care of their guests during their stay as well!
