Breakfast was very good, and overall ambiance were perfect.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the metro station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

Overall attitude of the staff was very positive. They were always eager to help, and at times went out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant one. There was one person in particular - NITIN SHARMA - at reception/front desk, who was exceptional. I had situations with my overseas colleagues from Japan, which he accommodated in a seamless manner. Hope the management recognizes such exceptional talents.

1. Expectation vs Reality We booked this property expecting a premium five-star–level experience, especially as it was priced higher than hotels like Radisson Blu. However, it turned out to be a serviced apartment within a residential complex, which was not clearly anticipated. 2. Check-in Experience Entry required an OTP at the main gate. We then had to locate Tower 7 ourselves, and the tower security was not informed about our arrival, resulting in a 15-minute wait. Room access involved an additional two-factor security step, which felt unnecessarily complicated. 3. Room & Amenities The room was beautifully decorated and well maintained. It operates more like a premium BnB, with utensils and pre-mix beverages available. There is no reception or in-house dining; food must be ordered via platforms like or . A complimentary tiramisu from the owner was a thoughtful gesture. 4. Damage Charges & Refund I accept responsibility for stains on the mattress protector and bedsheets. However, charges were also applied for the mattress and duvet cover without photographic proof. ₹4,700 was deducted, and only ₹300 was refunded from the ₹5,000 security deposit. This felt disproportionate and insufficiently substantiated. 5. Post-Checkout Communication We accidentally left a shoe behind and informed the host immediately. Although it was kept safely, communication over the weekend was inconsistent, making coordination for pickup unnecessarily difficult. Overall The property is aesthetically appealing, but coordination, transparency, and guest communication require improvement—particularly for a stay positioned and priced at a premium level.
