The hotel was in a beautiful, scenic area close to many hiking trails. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but dinner was truly amazing (I booked including breakfast and dinner - advisable as there is nothing close by). There was also a lovely spa at the hotel. The staff were wonderful ... the lady at reception that took the time and trouble to explain to me that some hiking trails went right past people's doors when I could not find my way ... the restaurant staff whose exceptional service made me feel like I was eating in a five star restaurant every night .... and the gentleman who got up at 05:00 in the rain and cold to help me get to the bus stop I needed to be at in order to continue my journey.

Everything is just perfect. Staff is wonderful, the hotel is unbelievable, the food is exceptional!

Superb location next to the city center but still not a problem with noise... ( you can hear river all night long ) Friendly host, clean, comfy room, very nice spa area, outside and inside pool, open bar and private covered parking space for motorcycles... Great place for the Italian dolomites trip...

We regret we had only one night to spare to stay here. If you’re interested in the Abbazia Di Novacella monastery/ winery for a wine tasting or tour, it’s a quick walk to get there. The hotel was remodeled last year, we do not know what it was like before the remodel. Now? Beautifully designed and furnished, details thoughtfully harmonize, colors are warm, soothing and relaxing. Lovely stay, hope to make it back some day for a longer stay.

Perfect place to recover from jetlag and spend the night on our way to a week in Alta Badia. Just a few steps from the train and bus station and an easy walk into the charming town of Brixen. Pleasant and peaceful.

Loved the location, the parking, the building was beautiful, the staff were friendly. Spacious room.

This hotel is one to remember! The staff was incredibly nice, facilities clean and modern, very comfortable rooms, amazing spa area, both breakfast and dinner buffet were divine and all that for a good price.

The room, the shower, the view, everything

-The location is just as we wanted, in nature, outside the city, but well connected by public transport. The structure offers a Brixen Card for free, to each guest, which can be used for all the days of staying to use public buses, regional trains in Sudtirol and one round-trip per day on cable cars. Bus number 321 passes every 1 hr (just 15 mins walk to Sant Andrea village) and 322 passes every 2 hrs just outside the structure. Cable car to Plose Peak is about 25 minutes by walk. -There are two grocery shops in the town mentioned above. -The apartment is very clean, and very well furnished, with comfortable beds, a coach, a dining table, a well-equipped kitchenette (including the dishwasher), a fridge, a TV, plenty of blankets and covers, and pillows, although there is no washing machine. The apartment has a spacious balcony with tables, chairs and a great view of the mountains and Bressanone. The tap water is potable, cool and delicious. -The structure is safe, comfortable, and quiet and the hosts are welcoming, efficient and helpful. - The hosts were kind and accommodating (since we forgot to buy shampoo, they were kind enough to provide us) -There is a swimming pool, a games room with a ping-pong table and a soccer table. Overall it was a great stay and experience. We wanted to return to this place for Christmas, but unfortunately, the place is booked.

Excellent facilities and location.

It is a beautiful property right in the heart of town. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a bus stop just down the street to make your way to the Plose lift. The breakfast was fantastic!

The staff team provided very good service and had thoughtful suggestions for our activities. Good breakfast, clean room, mostly quiet and located in a central area. Very nice garden with a pool. What's not to like!

Hotel Elephant is a great stay in Brixen. The property is about a 5 min walk to the town square, very accesible to all the central spots, and about a 16 min walk from the train stations. My favorite things about Hotel Elephant is their amazing restaurant! I recommend a few meals there as the staff is amazing and the food exeptional. Breakfast is great too! Their spa and relax area is lovely to just wind down after a long day of adventure, and has both a dry sauna and turkish bath. Though I did not take a swim in their indoor pool, it did look very nice.

The apartment was superb! Really well laid out and top quality finishing. We had a corner apartment with a big veranda and a view of the mountain. The owner and staff were super nice. I can highly recommend this place! There is a bus just outside that takes you down to the city center in 3-4 minutes.
