Staff extremely nice, very good quality/price ratio! Pool very nice, location nice (we had car, and even with snow it was very easy to reach Canazei, but I have seen people using public bus with stop in front of the hotel, only I did not trust so much because reviews on the bus service were not exceptional), the ski area is exceptional. All necessary was in the apartment, very new and clean.

This hotel is amazing! Truly awesome! We went for a ski vacation. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, comfortable beds. You get bath robes and slippers. The hotel has: - Free parking - Free shuttle service to and from gondola, which is really great - A very spacious ski room - Awesome free spa. The spa is really beyond imagination- 3 saunas, small hot pool (like a hot tube without bubbles), rest areas, tea, etc. - Free gym (also amazing) - Other things, like bawling, that we did not have time to explore :) - Great breakfast - Very nice dinner (extra payment if you didn’t book half-board, but really cheap. Definitely very good deal for this price) A short walk from the hotel and you are in the village, where you have restaurants and shops. There is a nearby Spar supermarket, about 5 min walk. The staff is so nice and helpful - thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

Very diverse breakfast buffet, sufficient to offer variety for a full week's stay. Easy to get dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very relaxing wellness with swimming pool, sauna, hammam and relaxing room

Very friendly and nice stuff, comfortable and cozy rooms with balcony and beautiful mountains views. Excellent room equipment, you have everything you need and even more:). The hotel is really pet friendly, our dog received tow bowls and very comfortable pet bed. Very good location.

The staff was always very welcoming with us - a big thank you for the lady at the reception for always being helpful with us. The location is at <10mins walk from the cable car, and close to a lot of restaurants. Big parking available if needed, and a very ski room with heaters for the boots. The rooms are big, clean, and quiet.

Like something out of a story book!!! The rooms were just lovely, the location amazing, the staff so friendly & accommodating, the facilities fantastic, & the food…wow!!! Some of the most wonderful dishes served. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location, excellent spa on site, spacious rooms. 2 ski rentals next door. Walking distance to lift. Parking in front of the building.

The location was great. Amazing town Canazei is small, so it took only few minutes to walk from hotel to the center.. Free safe parking

Super good breakfast and dinner, nice spa area and super nice staff.

The hotel is newly renovated with the local character not being lost. Breakfast quality is excellent. The sauna was a godsent after the day of hiking (closes at 7 pm). It's in a small town and this is exactly the experience we were looking for. Loved it.
