The location is amazing - it has very good facilities, very clean, very comfortable, very big. Everything is on the spot and feels like a very nice experience. We came late and they still served us with dinner, Emi is a very professional manager and she managed to help us with everything. We had an accident on the way and once we arrived they provided a paramedic for us. Best hotel experience.

Amazing attention to detail was amazing. They take great care of all the facilities and furniture. They have 3 pools which was great for our daughter. The breakfast and dinner was spectacular.

This was my second stay in Residence Iris. I love how quiet and well-connected it is to all the cross-country ski slopes. The shuttle to the nearby ski resort was a big bonus.

We loved staying in these apartments over the Christmas holidays. The location was perfect for our family traveling by car—slightly outside town (about 200 m), with great parking and plenty of space for walking our dog. The ski lift and après-ski were close (around 1 km), and the ski bus stop was just 100 m away. The apartment had a private entrance, was very bright and warm, with two bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Big windows, morning sun, and a spacious balcony with chairs made it especially comfortable. The host family was incredibly welcoming and even surprised us with Christmas Eve gifts. A small local farm nearby with fresh eggs was a lovely bonus for the kids.

The property exceeded our expectation. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities made it next level. The breakfast buffet each morning was phenomenal. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but if you have a car like we did there are many towns within a short drive. Would stay here again next time we head this way.

Our room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and incredibly comfortable – a lovely mix of alpine charm and modern touches. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent – the wellness area was relaxing, and the hotel offers everything you need for exploring the mountains, from bikes to hiking tips. The staff were amazing: always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their recommendations for local hikes and sights were spot-on. Every meal was a delight! The breakfast buffet was generous and full of fresh, local products, and the dinners were creative and full of flavor – a real highlight of our stay. And the location? Simply perfect – right in the heart of the Dolomites, with stunning views and easy access to trails and natural beauty. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable mountain escape.

The staff were accommodating and had many recommendations for us. the location was awesome and it was a perfect setting for our family. There were many things for our girls to do (playground, looking at the animals, joining us in the spa) which made it so enjoyable for all of us!
