you can tell it’s a new hotel. really enjoyed our stay! exceeded my expectations. the front desk were very welcoming, always willing to help, also spoke good english so that was convenient for us! restaurant was amazing, never tried such tender beef, servers were very polite and attentive. the hotel also has a spa zone, it was very relaxing, the pool was decent size. housekeeping also were very attentive, caring. overall everyone was eager to help! the location is perfect for sightseeing, exploring. it’s a yes from me!

Definitely good accommodation for short term trips! Very kind staff. Can help you and understand the situations when u have some troubles with credit card issues. They gave me options to pay later cause I was exhausted after long flight, and I was appreciated!

Waking up to such a beautiful landscape made our experience even more special. The swimming pool was also excellent—very large, exceptionally clean, and perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is situated in a prestigious and desirable area, away from busy roads and traffic noise, allowing guests to enjoy peace and tranquility. At the same time, the location is incredibly convenient, as you can reach the city center within minutes. It offers the perfect balance between a quiet retreat and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Another huge plus for me was the breakfast. The hotel offers traditional Kazakh dishes such as kazy, horse meat, kumys, and baursaks, which beautifully represent our national cuisine. It was wonderful to see these authentic foods included, and it made our stay even more special. A very special thank you goes to Diana from the reception team. She is one of the most professional, kind, and attentive hotel employees we have ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel valued and welcomed.
