Well maintained and clean swimming pool, friendly hosts, large room

Where do I start? Excellent stay from start to finish. Mladen and family were great from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for them. The area is stunning and perfect if you like something away from the masses as we do. The boat trip they offer is an absolute must if you have a couple of hours spare. The pool was absolutely perfect and spotlessly clean, very well maintained. The room was perfectly adequate and again, very clean. The food was also excellent. We went for the home made sausages and I think they were the best sausages I’ve ever eaten. The sausage omelette for breakfast was just as good. Lastly, their beautiful dog, Aaron, was a big softy and waiting outside our room for us in the morning. We toured 17 countries over 24 days and this was easily our best stay.

Beautiful roomy rental. It is well laid out beautifully decorated and had everything I could wish all rentals had. It was right on the river and hosts were quick to respond. I enjoyed it immensely.

We stayed at Aria for one night while attending a wedding at the nearby Markovic Winery, but it quickly became clear that this is the kind of place where you could happily stay for much longer. From the very first contact, communication with the hosts was smooth, clear, and reassuring. Dragan and Nataša were always available to answer questions and made us feel welcome and at ease even before our arrival. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and immediately impressed by the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with a stunning new pool, a jacuzzi, and a spacious garden offering both sunny and shaded areas for relaxation. The room itself was comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, spotlessly clean! Combined with the complete peace and quiet of the surrounding village, it provided one of the best nights of sleep we have had in a while. After returning late from the wedding, Dragan very kindly stayed up to turn on the jacuzzi for us. Laying in the jacuzzi under the stars, while enjoying the clear night air and the tranquility of the countryside, became one of the highlights of our stay. The next morning, Nataša prepared a generous and varied breakfast. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine care for guests are evident in every aspect of the experience. Both she and Dragan go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for. The location itself is a hidden gem. It is only a few minutes from the beautiful Markovic Winery, close to the historic capital of Cetinje, and well positioned for exploring Montenegro's coastal towns. At the same time, it offers a true peace and relaxation that is becoming increasingly difficult to find today. If you are looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy real Montenegrin hospitality in a comfortable and welcoming environment, there is no better choice than Aria. We left wishing we had stayed longer, and will definitely return.

There's a lovely winery nearby, and we really enjoyed exploring Skadar Lake and the River Crnojević. Also, the domestic breakfast was superb. Highly recommend this place to everyone!"

Wow! In the middle of the mountains, very quiet and calming place. Luka the host was very nice, helped us and brought welcoming self made wine. Amazing experience!

The property owner is still new to Booking, got to prior reviews, he got the place fully remodeled, the listed price for the two nights €61 and some change, to be paid at the facility, 1)He didn’t have a credit card machine, as I want to pay with card, he mentioned that he will take me after I check in to grab cash and pass by the tourist to register my stay and pay the city tax, which was fine, yet I don’t have a paper trail to this amount, other than the agreed upon charges on booking and how is being listed. 2)when I was ready to go out with him to do so, he was showing me online, that how come this price for two nights on booking for €61 euro, and everyone else around almost charging around €90 a night and should charge me €180 instead of €61, and said that booking screwed him up, yet I know that the property owner or the operator set the prices, he said I can make you a deal, I can charge you instead €100 instead of €180, I said NO and I will pay only what I got listed on booking, and I told him, I would leave the following day instead, and then he was worried about the bad review. 3)I didn’t even receive the breakfast associated with the stay, I had a lousy coffee instead. I got to say, this was the worst experience I have had with booking, I didn’t feel safe with that stay. When I listed this to booking, of course the automatic replay and asking about the proof of payment and ignores my complaint. The only thing I can do, give a bad review to this property and worst review for booking response. I don’t care about receiving a money back, it is about honesty of listings.

The chalet is ideal for anyone needing a detox from the busy city life and work. Waking up to the sound of nature, breathing the fresh air made this experience unforgettable. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the homemade food, made from their garden is delicious. Highly recommended!

Absolutely worth a trip!! We had a fantastic time with Sergio & his family on their beautiful property set in the forest surrounded by mountains & the sounds of nature. Well equipped, clean, comfortable facilities in a lovely & relaxing location. Comfortable beds, roomy shower, nice pool, covered terrace for dining, and great indoor/outdoor living spaces. A short walk from town where you’ll find restaurants, boat rides, and other services. The breakfast Sergio’s family serves is generous & beyond delicious made with local products. We would love to return!!

Scenic location, the warmest welcoming host and the owner of the winery, nice design of rooms, great wine. Moreover, we were accommodated for one tasting one day earlier than actually booked, big shout out to Adrian
