Location is great and the hotel is beautiful. Being on the seaside is a great advantage and eating breakfast outside with the waves singing in your ears is magnificent as well as the buffet each morning.

Everything was amazing; new comfortable room with all necessary things, big bed, new shower, AC, small kitchen etc. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and views are amazing, nice food at the restaurant and bar. The hotel is a bit away from Kotor, so there are not many people around and perfect for families and people who are looking for quiet resting.

Gorgeous apartments with all of the facilities that you need for a very comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi area were great with great views across Kotor bay. The staff were so accommodating- could take do enough for you and even arranged a wonderful boat trip around the bay on the day of arrival. The service was fantastic and location great within 20 minutes walk of the old town. We will most certainly come back!

Very quiet area and great location. We booked the room with the jacuzzi and we also had an amazing view. Easy self check in and check out and good instructions from the host. Great breakfast

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect – the place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The view was absolutely fantastic and made our experience even more special. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very beginning. Truly one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay 100%! Thanks to Milan, Nicholas, Ali, and others, it was pleasant and rich with activities. The hostel's events are well organized and super fun! Huge thanks to Toma for keeping the place spotless clean! The location is perfect, and the interior design is wonderful: Even though you're in a hostel, you still feel the magic of a medieval town. The property is very well located in old town of Kotor, staff is very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed everything, starting from arrival, to breakfast, accommodation, and through the whole stay.

A lovely small hotel with extremely friendly and responsible staff. What catched my eye is the modern design of the room with comfortable bed, excellent view over sea, and the shower is hidden behind the tall big transparent glass, which can be obscured by curtains when you want some privacy from your companion who you might be travelling with. Also, spa was included in my booking and I really enjoyed it. The breakfast was great, too, very fresh and tasty and there was a variety of meals one can choose from. Will definitely stay there again.

The Villa is absolutely beautiful, specially the pool area. The room looked a little bit old, but was definitely part of the charm, and it was super clean. The host Milena was very friendly and cooked dinner for us, that was one of the best chicken we ate in our whole trip. They have a parking space, which is very needed because is hard to get there with no car. The road is challenging but so beautiful that we decided to run from the villa until the city on the next day (about 9km downhill and 25 euros for the taxi that brought us up there again). Definitely recommend!

Maison is very well managed place, clear, well equipped apartment, easy to find, close to the sea side, restaurants, supermarket and main road. inside - all you need. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. there is parking inside the property, so super place.

Comfortable and the pool was essential. Good location.

Loved the location, 5 minute walk one way to the old town and 5 minutes the opposite way to the beach. The apartment was plenty big enough for the four of us. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool was delightful. Lovely temperature to cool off in the heat of the summer. The views from the pool of the mountains and the castle walls are stunning. The host was so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We were there a week, he offered us clean linen, towels whenever we liked. He had extensive knowledge of the area which was very useful and was happy to book taxis for us. I advise anyone getting a taxi from the airport to ask the host to book as they seem to charge what they like to the tourist.

We only had one day to be in the Kotor area and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay: amazing view, convenient location not in, but easy walking distance to the old city; clean and bright; beautiful swimming pool; and Zeljko was very kind and helpful. Perfect.

We had a nice stay. The apartment was spacious and it had all the facilities (washing machine, TV, dish washer, kitchen etc.). Car Parking was right in front of the building. The view of mountain from the balcony was very nice. Beds were firm and comfortable. The community from the host was efficient. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to old town.

Great views of Kotor Old Town/Fortress/Bay from the property. It was 10-15min walk to old town. A short 5min walk is a bakery, small market and local restaurant. We did a boat tour one day and they picked up right at the waterfront near the property (behind of the restaurant/market). We enjoyed walking to town but not staying in town. The room was a 2 bed 2 bath and large balcony. It was an exceptional value and everything was comfortable. There was parking outside, in basement in shade. There was a small pool for cooling off in the afternoons. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location!

I could not recommend this property enough for a stay in Kotor. Sasha was a delightful host who really made our trip extra special, including morning coffee brought up to our private pool/terrace. We could not get enough of that little pool, which is perfect for a little soak while enjoying the views in the morning or evening. I would definitely return here the next time I get back to Kotor!

Stunning view of the bay area overlooking the mountains. Very spacious and wonderfully stocked with the right accessories. Slight longer walk to old town but you get used to it.
