One of the best places we've ever stayed at. The complex is brand new, so you're getting apartments that are barely used. Apartments are well equipped, big balcony with good views! The pool area is great with very comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff is very helpful, and always present on premises. Room service available on a daily basis if you need that. Plenty of space for parking. Few small shops and decent restaurants within 5 min walking distance. The area is way less crowded compared to the bigger towns around the bay.

Wow, this host and apartment was so great! Very reasonably priced, a great value for money! Aircon was working well quietly. a lot of bathroom amenities as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, washing detergent, a lot of towels, duvet and blankets, and a stocked fridge!! Even lots of candy! Željka responded fast and was always willing to help. She stocked our freezing elements for us since there was no freezer, and she even took the car and drove down to us when I forgot my handbag after checking out! The apartment itself has an amazing view over Kotor! Sitting out on the balcony in the evenings watching the lights from Kotor was a bliss. So quiet with only the occationally barking from a nearby dog. We can truly recommend this wonderful place. Hvala to Željka and her family! Hope to see you again! ❤️❤️❤️

Hard to describe how beautiful this place was. Everything was perfect, clean, well resourced and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and were happy to store our bags the day we checked out. You couldn't pick a better place for your stay in Perast.

The Villa is absolutely beautiful, specially the pool area. The room looked a little bit old, but was definitely part of the charm, and it was super clean. The host Milena was very friendly and cooked dinner for us, that was one of the best chicken we ate in our whole trip. They have a parking space, which is very needed because is hard to get there with no car. The road is challenging but so beautiful that we decided to run from the villa until the city on the next day (about 9km downhill and 25 euros for the taxi that brought us up there again). Definitely recommend!

Great boutique hotel situated in the Dorada area of Kotor. The rooftop jacuzzi was especially great. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Rooms very comfortable with luxury feel.
