From the moment we pulled up to the entrance, we knew we were in for a treat. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (special shoutout to Ilija). ​The Room: Spotless, modern, and the bed felt like a cloud. We where upgrade with the sea view room and it was breathtaking. ​Breakfast: One of the best hotel spreads I’ve seen. The omelet was a highlight, and the coffee was actually high-quality. ​Pro-tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor to get best view. We can’t wait to come back!

Apartment was big with amazing views. Apartment has absolutely everything you need. Pool and beach are nice. Truly luxury stay!

Everything was amazing; new comfortable room with all necessary things, big bed, new shower, AC, small kitchen etc. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and views are amazing, nice food at the restaurant and bar. The hotel is a bit away from Kotor, so there are not many people around and perfect for families and people who are looking for quiet resting.

The interior of the hotel is highly distinctive. The rooms provide a beautiful view of Bay of Kotor, and cleanliness is added value. Towels and bedsheets smells so good, wonderful aromas👌 The service is outstanding; they assisted us with beach and restaurants reservations. So responsive and cordial in communication. The manager, Luka, was very polite and expedite. He helped us to make all the reservations. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area is very uniquely designed. Wonderful experience 👏

One of the best places we've ever stayed at. The complex is brand new, so you're getting apartments that are barely used. Apartments are well equipped, big balcony with good views! The pool area is great with very comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff is very helpful, and always present on premises. Room service available on a daily basis if you need that. Plenty of space for parking. Few small shops and decent restaurants within 5 min walking distance. The area is way less crowded compared to the bigger towns around the bay.

A charming apartment! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern with a nice walk-in shower, plenty of living space, and a handly little kitchenet. We also had the use of the pool, a bigger kitchen, and communal sitting areas in and outdoors. The staff was very accommodating and arranged airport transportation for a reasonable fee. I was staying for a race in the bay, and it was just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again if I return to the area.

We had such a lovely stay. We had an initial surprise with the layout of the unit, but it all ended up being great! We loved the home and it was the perfect place for us to relax! The house is beautiful and charming. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. Our 8 year old LOVED the pool. The location is great- there is so much to see within a 20 minute drive. We loved finding a little turtle in the yard and appreciated being able to do our laundry in the unit. Gordana is such a warm host. She is truly kind and we really enjoyed learning about some of the history of the house. She had great recommendations for things to do in the area and encouraged us to not try and fit in too much so we would really enjoy our stay.

Modern clean apartment in a great location with a lovely pool area. Generous & attentive hosts.

Spacious apartment, very responsive owner (by phone/WhatsApp), nice pool to cool off. Located on a hill with partly unpacked road, something to take into account if your are traveling by heavy non-4WD car.

Very nice host.. Safe parking.. Reasonable price.. The food they made for us is heaven, i think they should open a restaurant.. 👍🏻👍🏻 We will come back someday..

Everything!! The location is perfect, the host was very kind and the apartment was clean with comfortable beds, and you had everything you needed in that apartment. Felt like being home.

Hard to describe how beautiful this place was. Everything was perfect, clean, well resourced and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and were happy to store our bags the day we checked out. You couldn't pick a better place for your stay in Perast.
