Rated our stay as exceptional because it’s exactly what you would expect. We were a family with young kids and it had everything we needed. Lots of bedding, towels, blankets and cutlery. Cot we requested was already in the room and the heater turned on before our arrival. Super fast check in and out. I would have to say the best for me how clean everything was. Obviously the place is dated but everything felt like it was thoroughly cleaned. The kids enjoyed!

Comfortable suite with a terrace facing really pretty gardens and the mountains beyond. Comfy king bed. Huge bathroom supplied with lots of towels and toiletries. Some cooking facilities. Microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery. Quite clean and efficient. Walking distance to town and hot pools. Hanmer Springs is a sweet town with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shopping. Access to hiking is fabulous. We did Mt Isobel... gorgeous views!! The information centre is very helpful. Definitely would recommend that you stay here.
