Very clean brand new spacious villa, neat furniture, AC is everywhere and working well, all amenities in the kitchen available if you like cooking, speedy WiFi. Huge beautiful Landscape for walk lovers, many hotels and villas around and we had free access everywhere. Restaurant “Lobster” just in front of the villa. Rotana resort nearby (5 min walking) with beautiful and large area, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and beach. If you are planning to visit Rotana restaurant and bar, make sure you have the ID of the villa owner to get a discount. Small Grocery supermarket and many restaurants 15 min walking from villa.

I had an amazing stay! This place truly feels like a full resort the house is spacious, comfortable, and honestly competes with high-quality hotel rooms. Everything was spotless and well organized, which made the experience even better. The host, Abdulhafedh, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always available when needed. One of the best parts was the Card Owner he provides it was extremely useful in restaurants and gave me a 20% discount everywhere I used it! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a professional host. Definitely coming back!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The best part was the friendly people—warm and professional from the reception to the restaurant staff and the beach bar. Another highlight was the food (we often approach buffets with caution), which was excellent, varied, and always beautifully presented. The location itself is extensive, offering plenty to explore. There is a wide choice of restaurants, and you can simply make a reservation 24 hours in advance. Everything runs smoothly and hassle-free. At Juweira they really take it serious with adults-only especially on the beach it was calm and relaxing! Overall, you get the impression that the resort (including Rotana, Fanar, etc.) is well managed. The employees are happy, know their tasks, and their positive attitude rubs off on the guests.

Really clean apartment with nice balcony and views

We were really pleased with our stay at this town house in Hawana Salalah as it is a very nice accommodation, modern and with all basic facilities needed. The communication with the property owner was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The check in process was so easy, the guy in the rent management office is super helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay there again next time we are around.
