Great breakfast. Location- far from the crowds. Spa area- sauna with a small pool and a jacuzzi.

The hotel was clean and fresh. The food was high quality; one day we even had seafood with very good shrimp. A great plus is that the large playroom and the aquapark are included in the price. The aquapark is not big, but that’s actually a good thing - there aren’t many people there. The sauna ceremonies are also a great plus. There was a ski rent service on the spot. Unfortunately, we noticed that late. Seems worse to go there. The equipment looked completely new.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we had a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. The pool and saunas are relaxing and clean, with free towels and robes available. Guests also have access to a ski room. The ski bus station is conveniently located downhill. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel - highly recommend! P.S. Huge thanks to the aqua aerobics trainer!

‏We arrived at Apartamenty XYZ eXtreme You Zen in Szczyrk, a lovely ski Town in Poland. ‏The hotel is wonderful: the rooms are comfortable and well designed, the view is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is varied and of high quality. ‏After one night at the hotel, we learned that due to weather conditions there was no snow, and therefore our skiing plans could not take place. ‏The staff showed exceptional understanding and agreed to cancel our reservation and the planned services — at no cost — out of genuine consideration for the situation. This kind, fair, and professional attitude is not something to be taken for granted and left a deep impression on us. ‏We would especially like to mention Amelia Grzybowska, who was lovely, courteous, and highly service-oriented, and helped us greatly in handling everything. ‏There is no doubt that this is a high-standard hotel with excellent service. We would be very happy to return in the future, hopefully to experience the place again — this time with snow 🙂 ‏Highly recommended.

I can definitelly reccomend this place - brand new, in very good style, comfortable, great playing and kids room, lovely pool with sauna, delicious breakfast and really nice and helpfull staff.

The staff there were so nice and really went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, just a little small. Breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of breakfast choices. The finnish was great.

Best hotel experience in my 45 years. All the receptionist ladies were kind, helpful and smiling all the time. The hotel looks unreal, surrounded by nature and the architect is one of a kind. The chef made amazing meals, we had 6 different dinners and all were super tasty. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome too. We met with deer and fox around the hotel that made our stay more special. I would give 11 scores but 10 was the maximum. Can't wait to return and enjoy the hospitality again. The pool and jacuzzi area are also clean, mould free and super relaxing. Good communication before we arrived- answering emails with questions and communicating arrival information. We were met on arrival and shown around. Owner made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Owner took the time to ask about our plans and make sure we knew how to get where we wanted to go and made a good recommendation for a traditional polish meal within walking distance. We had a nice breakfast with a variety of options including yogurt, breads and spreads, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, vegetables and boiled eggs. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The Inn is charming. We were in the area to watch a bike race. We were able to walk to and from the gondola base.

- house is big and comfortable - has a big dinner table - has a big backyard for a dog to run in - the kitchen is fully equipped - the owners provided extra kitchen utensils for our cooking needs (christmas dinner)

The accommodations were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, with outstanding communication throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
