Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The check in experience was very smooth. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. My special thanks go to Gabriel, the server at the restaurant. He was super friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English.

I loved my stay at Artcore Hotel. It's very new and the facilities are fantastic — the rooms are very big, they have balconies, and I love how they're decorated with artistic and creative flair. I noticed that the bedding and the slippers were made in Portugal which was great. The spa facilities were also nice. I was a fan of the breakfast service, where they deliver breakfast to your door if you request it with a sign on your handle. The breakfast selection was vast and the acai bowl was a favorite. I also ordered dry cleaning for my pants and it arrived back to me, clean and dried, within hours!

We stayed for three days. I came with my wife and child. I can say that the accommodations, guest relations, room cleaning, parking, and breakfast services were top-notch. Guest relations is always helpful. Those in the breakfast section made sure we had a great time at breakfast. The location is close to the center and everything else. The indoor pool and gym facilities are also excellent. Perfect in every way. Obrigado!

I stay at this hotel occasionally because of its location, as it is relevant to my work. The staff are very friendly, and one of the main reasons I like staying. The hotel doesn't have EV charging infrastrucutre, byt the staff allowed me to charge via a connection from their offices|! The rooms are dated and simple, but clean and comfortable. I have never enjoyed the pool, but it's big, sorrounded by a generous lawn.

A little oasis just a small distance from the airport. The hotel and room was impeccably clean. Lovely, large shower with good water pressure. I made use of the pool, which was small, but totally adequate. Building work is taking place over the road, but it didn’t particularly affect my stay. I didn’t eat at the hotel, but the bar was well stocked. Staff were fantastic and super friendly. Would absolutely stay again.
