Everything was perfect for this stay. Everything from the first greeting on arrival to our departure I had absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast was incredible -- with the warm items changing every morning. All the staff are incredible... everyone from pool and gym staff up to management were extremely helpful. They helped us arrange transportation; signed us up for fun activities on-site; and did everything to ensure a perfect stay. It took a little flexibility to arrange dinner off the menu our last night due to a special event happening in the Khao restaurant -- but the food was fantastic. Some of the best we've had on the entire trip. We would definitely love to visit this property again in the future!

Everything. The hotel decor is outstanding and every part of it feels like it was made with care. The staff are very friendly. I loved the large balcony in the room where you could relax in the sun or move in the shade if you wished.

Very relaxing environment. Nice swimming pool, great green scenery, helpful staff, great value for money. Very recommended as there are many activities around. Its about 35 min from the changmai city so if you have a car or a scooter you are more than fine.

The location and retreat was beautiful and peaceful. We loved our stay!

when we first arrived to the location we were made aware that the room we booked was full and were given a family deluxe room for a free upgrade. this trip was a birthday trip for myself with my partner and this was the best gift we could have had. i would highly recommend taking advantage of the deluxe room, even if its just you and your spouse where you can have more space. there is dinner on site that we ordered (comes within 45 minutes) and even helped us open our wine bottle, offered us a bucket of ice and even when i accidently broke a glass they were beyond exceptional. ( i believe she is the manager/ always is at the front desk) you will always see here with a greeting smile to help with any recommendations, helped us rent a bike that they bring on site for you, and there dog on site is just as warm and loving. 100/10 recommend this place if you weren't thinking about it before, then go for the location which is so peaceful and enjoy pool as well.

This resort exceeds all expectations in every way: Firstly, you get to picturesque location which cannot be matched. You eat all meals whilst looking out into the mountainside and seeing silhouettes of mountains. Secondly, the rooms are extremely well kept and the shower is unmatched. Depending on the room you purchase, you can even have a pool or jacuzzi in your backyard. The mountain room has crazy views. The facilities are fantastic. There is pool tables, table tennis, outdoor giant chess, spa treatments, pools, jacuzzis, a gym, and a million different relaxation areas. They even have free yoga classes and thai massage classes that you can attend. The food is also fantastic. As the location is isolated, having good food within the resort is a must. The restaurant can go above and beyond to meet your needs. I am a vegan and my partner was vegetarian; the restaurant was able to make custom meals for us at the breakfast buffet as well as dinner to suit whatever we were craving. They even went above and beyond and went to a local farm to get fresh passionfruit just for us on breakfast. The best part about this place is the staff. Everyone has a smile on their face and all staff are hardworking. From the people who drive you around in the golf carts, to the receptionists, to the spa workers, to the restaurant workers; everyone is happy to serve you. I had a nasty insect bite from a few days prior and the receptionst immediately got the medical kit and deinfected and wrapped my wound. Another receptionist took time out to show us the best rooms that they had to offer (this was after we checked out) which she didn't need to do but she did. Also a special mention to the restaurant worker, Chai. Every day he served us and made us feel so welcome. He had conversations with us, excitedly announced to everyone that we were honeymooning, and would also be so happy to see us when we visited the restaurant. Time after time he would make us feel so welcome. SUPER LOCATION!!!

The staffs were so kind. Facility is good and well maintenace. The peacooks are freindly and beutiful.

By far the best stay in this trip. Amazing place with beautiful bamboo huts with an even prettier view. It’s a magical place. I feel more comfortable in places like this than big fancy hotels.

Great hotel, great staff, great location far from the city center which makes it perfect for calm days.

The room was very spacious. It is nice to have a large fridge and kitchen. The garden is spectacular. Beautiful property. The staff was the best, very accommodating. The location for us was perfect. The breakfast was always fantastic with multiple courses. Our table was full of food and drink every morning.

The friendly staff on the property. First night we arrived, we were tired and they brought to our room Khao Soi noodles for dinner (picture uploaded). The Thai food for breakfast was great. The hotel offered a driver to take us on trips and pick us up. The bicycles were fun (picture uploaded). Excellent laundry service.

Our stay at Vienna Villas felt like a dream ✨ Right in the mountains with the most unbelievable views. The staff was honestly the nicest we’ve ever experienced — so kind and welcoming. A peaceful little paradise that we’ll never forget 🤍 Super recommend!

We travelled with a toddler and absolutely loved it. We wanted to extend as soon as we arrived but it was pretty much fully booked so we ended up staying only one night extra on top of the 4night originally planned. We tried both the big house and the smaller one, and preferred the small one (still huge though). It was brighter and the terrace had more sun, even though there is still plenty of shade. The place itself is well maintained, there is food (it's simple but good !), drinks, etc... I would gladly go back and live there for a month or two. The gym is great, the pool is nice but quite cool, and very little space to stay around - all in the shade. So... perfect for kids, less for a mama who wants to tan ! The staff is absolutely exceptionnal. They are extremely nice, the room service is so fast, the place is so clean, and the service via Line is so efficient. We booked a scooter through them, it was super easy. There are many cafes, restaurants, etc... a short drive away. The closest supermarket is not far but not convenient to reach, it takes a good 15/20min due to the big highway which can't be crossed. Although its an amazing supermarket and you can buy everything one might need to bring and cook at the villa. Gojek/Bolt had no issue finding the place, although for short drive they might refuse to come there and take you, don't be in a hurry when you need to go places. And it's soooo quiet. The neighborhood is cute and inviting.
