Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. I chose a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it was really nice and comfortable. The place was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was peaceful and private, close to attractions but not near shops, and about 2 hours by car from Patong Beach. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. The host provided excellent hospitality and service, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel is a bit far from Krabi, so getting there can be slightly challenging, but in return you get an incredibly calm, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere — absolutely worth it. Even though we arrived late, the staff warmly welcomed us and checked us in without any issues. It was our anniversary, and we were touched by how kindly they decorated our room with beautiful petals and flowers — such a thoughtful gesture. The outdoor area is very aesthetic, and you can really see how much effort has been put into every detail. From the lake to the garden, even the smallest décor elements are carefully placed, which we really appreciated. A very special thank-you goes to Anne. She truly made our stay exceptional. She helped us organize a day trip to the Bond Islands and Samet Nangshe on the very same day we asked. On top of that, we had not exchanged enough Thai baht (our mistake, as it was our first time in Thailand), and Anne went above and beyond to help us. She called several nearby banks and did her best to resolve the situation, which we deeply appreciate. Please note for future guests: it’s best to exchange money in advance, as the nearest town is about 30 minutes away, banks usually close around 3–4 pm, and availability may vary. Anne also found us a wonderful lady taxi driver who took us to Samet Nangshe, and the next day drove us back to Krabi so we could exchange money and pay for both days. Everything was smooth and well-organized. Samet Nangshe Café at the top was absolutely breathtaking — the highlight of our trip and highly recommended. Overall, we loved the ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel. A big thank you to the team, and especially to Anne — wishing her all the best. Truly a memorable stay!

The hotel exceeded my expectations! I stayed for just one night because I had personal errands nearby, and it seemed like the best option in the area. From the security guard to the reception staff, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I booked a pool-view room, so in the morning, I could step straight from my balcony into the pool. The water was the perfect temperature, and the view was beautiful. I have to give special credit to the staff and service at Tourmaline Spa, the hotel’s in-house spa. I’ve been to a lot of spas, but this was easily one of the best. Ms. Nok, who took care of me, has training in Thai traditional medicine and clearly knows her stuff. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic care—I felt like this is what Thai massage is truly meant to be. My spouse and I loved it so much we ended up going back for a second visit! I’ll definitely stay longer next time.

I mostly like the peaceful atmosphere there with the natural sounds. The panoramic and incredible view from the room and the pure ocean view. The staff were so cheerful, lovely with their amazing and beautiful smiles. The room itself is a charming place where you can relax the whole day with the fabulous ocean view. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend Ao Luek to all my relatives and friends.
