Probably the most beautiful hotel we ve stayed at. The traditional thai inspired architecture is even more beautiful in person. Facilities are great, breakfast is really good, almost everything is made to order. We took a cooking class and it was so fun! The shallow pool is fantastic for kids, very big and next to the beach, so kids can also play in the sand. Kids club is big and well equiped as well. Really a fantastic experience, we d love to come back next year!

A very beautiful place on the shore of a stunning beach on one side and surrounded by forest on the other. Friendly staff, a very beautiful and cozy room with many thoughtful details—such as soft towels in just the right color, an excellent choice of shampoo, and a comfortable bed. Amazing place

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and had a truly lovely experience. The hotel is a bit far from Krabi, so getting there can be slightly challenging, but in return you get an incredibly calm, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere — absolutely worth it. Even though we arrived late, the staff warmly welcomed us and checked us in without any issues. It was our anniversary, and we were touched by how kindly they decorated our room with beautiful petals and flowers — such a thoughtful gesture. The outdoor area is very aesthetic, and you can really see how much effort has been put into every detail. From the lake to the garden, even the smallest décor elements are carefully placed, which we really appreciated. A very special thank-you goes to Anne. She truly made our stay exceptional. She helped us organize a day trip to the Bond Islands and Samet Nangshe on the very same day we asked. On top of that, we had not exchanged enough Thai baht (our mistake, as it was our first time in Thailand), and Anne went above and beyond to help us. She called several nearby banks and did her best to resolve the situation, which we deeply appreciate. Please note for future guests: it’s best to exchange money in advance, as the nearest town is about 30 minutes away, banks usually close around 3–4 pm, and availability may vary. Anne also found us a wonderful lady taxi driver who took us to Samet Nangshe, and the next day drove us back to Krabi so we could exchange money and pay for both days. Everything was smooth and well-organized. Samet Nangshe Café at the top was absolutely breathtaking — the highlight of our trip and highly recommended. Overall, we loved the ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel. A big thank you to the team, and especially to Anne — wishing her all the best. Truly a memorable stay!

Exception stay we had at the Coastal Escape Villa in Natai Beach! Villas were really luxurious, beachfront and we were enjoy shimmering waves and sunsets just from the A/C leaving room or from sun loungers and swimming pool. Sincerely magical experience..... Bedrooms are spacious with beautiful design. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. One can enjoy sea view even from their bathtub. Three of five bedrooms are sea view (1 on the first floor close to the pool and 2 more on the second floor). All of sea view bedrooms are with bathtubs. Living room is spacious with high ceiling. Kitchen is high tech. We've enjoyed variety of wine and Chef is just brilliant! Dedicated Spa room was simply my favorite. Massages were exceptionally well and products they used of a high quality. Most relaxing masse we've got during our stay in Thailand! Boys enjoyed some water sports activity like kayaking and SUP. The sea was a bit rough but gorgeous! We've ordered barbecue by the pool with bonfire on the beach afterwards and it was just magical time. Chef prepares exceptionally delicious food and we highly recommend you to stay at the Villa and simply have Chef cooking for you. Every dish was so tasty! Highly recommended experience, we would definitely be back for longer stay!

The room was amazing, very big, very clean and neat, felt premium. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful and polite, even though not many spoke english. The pool is also amazing, water was clean and warm during January. You also have bathrobes in the room and towels.

The family who run the hotel are the sweetest kindest people. I had to cancel a booking and they allowed me to stay 1 week later for free. Truly the best people. The hotel is superb with a beautiful swimming pool and the room are very clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommend this hotel 100%
