From the outside the hotel did look a little shabby but I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room, clean, updated and very well appointed. I appreciated details like a full-length mirror, a well-lit vanity and mirror, makeup remover and actual coffee mugs instead of paper cups. A conditioning shampoo would have been helpful since I forgot mine but there is a supermarket across the street and I was able to purchase something for just $1.67. The lady running the hotel was very courteous and helpful and obviously takes pride in her business.

Hotel Indigo Napa Valley is 7 minutes' drive from downtown Napa and the Wineries of Napa Valley. It features an outdoor pool and spacious rooms with a 42-inch flat-screen TV.
