My studio was very cozy, clean, newly built and felt like home. The views are stunning and with balcony door closed there was no noise since it was on a high floor. Host is very friendly and always there to help. Location is very convenient, next to restaurants/cafes/local food. A proper 10/10.

First time stay at this property - very nice / high end facility. I like staying near West Lake which is a lot less crazy than the main tourist area of Hoan Kiem / old quarter and much closer to the airport Still, plenty of restaurant options and a morning walk around the lake (about 15+ km or so) is always a nice way to start the day. Very nice morning breakfast buffet.

Lovely staff. Very speedy service. Wonderful breakfast brunch. Comfortable rooms. Gorgeous view from the top and two fine swimming pools. It's a great value for money. They also accept cash and debit cards so it makes it much easier too. Great shopping malls and restaurants nearby. As a Muslim, I found a Halal restaurant right next to the hotel. It's all conveniently located and each member of the staff is graceful and courteous.
