We traveled as a family of three the weekend before Christmas, unsure what to expect since the hotel had opened just a day or two earlier. As it turned out, we had no reason to worry. Check-in was seamless, with the staff ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room as a gesture of appreciation for being among the hotel's first guests. The room was spacious and cozy, with an incredible view of the mountains. Room service was prompt, and the staff went out of their way to make our daughter feel special, giving her a tour of the hotel and ensuring she had full access to the expansive play area (which also delighted the video game enthusiasts among us parents). The hotel restaurant, Fismuler, serves a delicious breakfast, and the lunch menu is exquisite. The location is ideal, right in the center of Andorra La Vella, with shopping malls, restaurants, and pharmacies all within walking distance. Getting around is easy too: Uber rides to El Tarter or Canillo are convenient, or you can walk ten minutes to the nearest bus stop. The hotel also runs a shuttle to Encamp multiple times daily. As with any newly opened property, there were a few small rough edges, but the staff's warmth and helpfulness more than compensated. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.
