Location, food, staff, comfort. The breakfast was awesome. Unfortunately the restaurant was not available for dinner as it was a national holiday.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and charming! They couldn’t do enough to make my stay comfortable. I was there on their opening day for a trade show and they made my stay one of the best I’ve stayed at in Italy. And that says a lot as I am there at least twice per year. Spectacular views and remote from noise. Just a beautiful countryside agriturismo. Cannot recommend enough!
