There is nothing to not love about this property. The staff or so friendly, they provide a family feel and are so welcoming. One of the site employees named Nanaka was truly a kind and warm person. She put a smile on our face many times during our 5 day stay.

The hotel had a very relaxing vibe which was exactly what we were looking for. The room and amenities were excellent and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast was wonderful - some of the best food we’ve ever had!

Very friendly and polite staff! Thank you to everyone! ^^ A great location and we got a better room. I also recommend to arrange the cake with them if you celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Breakfast had many choices and was excellent., the location of the Hotel was also excellent. We loved the design of the bathroom and the room size was adequate.Also looked over river which was nice.
