Everything was great: location, cleanliness, staff, room, just very good. The reception staff gave some coloring pencils and paper tot he kids because they had a lot of energy and just kept running around, which we appreciated a lot. Also the staff gave us some tips about the parking, which was again very helpful for us.

We absolutely loved this place! It was quiet, new and comfy/cozy. They left out snacks and breakfast for us. It was an amazing way to start our trip to Norway. Everything was super clean.

The hotel was located right outside town so it was easy to get to town and not be in the middle of the city. I loved the fact it was close to beautiful trails so you could go for a walk. It was close to all the facilities from the pools, skate rink and rope climbing areas. Great property! Also I really enjoyed the fact that we received both breakfast and dinner, very good food.

It’s a really good hotel just 1 min walking from a very good ski resort with a great view on Gausta, with wonderful food, facilities, spa, pool and everything! Very kid friendly too. A great cross country network is there as well right outside the hotel. So bring both alpine, cross country and spa stuff.

The staff was accommodating when we needed an extra chair in the room and when we had questions. In particular, Gunn was most helpful. The facility was clean, and the food was very good.
