United StatesEveryone was VERY nice. The allowed us early check-in, the room was extremely clean. They gave us coupons for many restaurants in the area upon check-in. There was an arcade there which was great for the kids. It was super close to everything we did.

United StatesIt was a great location, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I'm not sure why they've gotten so many negative reviews. Maybe not negative, but lower ratings. When I read through before I came I noticed that it was all good about the staff, but just complaints about old carpet. But they are in the process of updating, and it's not bad to begin with. Again, especially for the rate. It's very affordable. They have a IHOP right in the building, and so if you get hungry at night you can go eat there. I think they open at 7:00 a.m. and they're open until pretty late. They have live music playing.

Customer service was amazing. I love that during the week, Ramada offers snacks at 530pm and breakfast is included.

The Service was excellent. We celebrated my birthday at Ramada and the staff did everything in their power to make it a phenomenal experience. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.
