The hotel staff is extremely kind & professional. The hotel is cosy and you have access to all facilities like the pool & the gym. The rooms are comfortable, each equipped with a desk which was handy for me as I also needed to work (Internet was also working very well!). The bus to/from the airport stops close to the hotel which was a big plus. I was also able to take other bus lines to get to e.g. old Muscat. Overall, I have really enjoyed my stay at Ramada Encore & would stay there again when in Muscat.
