I first want to give a shot out to Mr. Clyde, he attended all our needs, he was professional but like the nice uncle in the family lol. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. All the staff were great, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, right across Junkanoo Beach. We were like a 10 minute walk from the Down Town.

I loved the pleasantness of customer service the place was clean and quite.

Staff were exceptional and food was great

Room was extremely spacious (great value/price), clean, great kitchen, airconditioned, tv's, huge balcony. Central location in simpson bay, everything is in walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, etc.)

It had everything one needed in 1 place , affordable restaurant , 2 pools , a/c , walking distance to public or private beach

The stay was great value for money, the place is super convenient, walking distance to good restuarants, beaches, public transport. The rooms were large and spacious, the breakfast included in the price was enough to get me going and the staff, especially at the reception desk were great. This was part of a Travel Guru Life Expedition

The hotel is nice and decent. The front desk staff are great and very welcoming. The staff did a good job cleaning the room. Security staff men and women; always had such pleasant demeanour with guests. My request for 1 King bed was met I was so happy ! I slept like a baby! The bathrooms are updated which is good. I liked being close to the office, the parking, the pool and the walk across the street to beach. I was lucky and got a room that was close and big.

The place is beautiful, clean,comfortable, The pool area is perfect 👌 the staff is very warm, and welcoming the food was great the fish 🐟 was cooked to perfection 👌 I will be back again..............

As soon as I entered the hotel I felt welcomed. The staff are well trained in customer service omg the staff are extremely friendly every minute they ask you if you are okay. Further, the room was exceptional and very well cleaned and everyday by 9 am my room would be cleaned. OMG THE BREAKFAST!! where do I begin!! It was deliciousssssssssssss buffet style and you could do an all you can eat. The staff at the restaurant is superrrrr always on your beck and call to ask if you are okay and would always ask if we needed coffee, tea or juice which they would pour themselves. The room service was exceptional. This is the top hotel in Trinidad, money well spent, service on a THOUSAND!! If I don't stop typing now I will not stop lol.

Great visual aesthetic, very friendly staff, loved the Starbucks-like coffee shop on site and the beautiful large bathtub in our room. The hotel’s advantage is that it’s small so you don’t have to deal with crowds during meal time/activities

Overall property was as expected very clean and up to date there is a bar , poolside, and casino . Which I didn’t utilize but it was very decent .

Big suite ,very clean,good breakfast ,very nice staff.

My wife and I stayed for one night. We visited the casino and had some drinks at the bar. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view. I will return soon.
