"The hotel is close to the beach, which was great. The pool was small but clean, and my son really enjoyed it. Breakfast was OK, and there are small shops nearby, along with parking available. I would have rated this 5 stars if it weren't for one issue: the cooking utensils. If you plan to book an apartment, I recommend bringing your own cooking pans, or you’ll be disappointed."

Everything was great. Great view and relaxing atmosphere. The family are so friendly and very nice. The room is comfortable and fully equipped. I really really enjoyed my stay here and welling to come back again. The breakfast it self was 10/10 for us, very delicious.

Everything was great. I had made a mistake and booked a room with 2 single beds, but the lady at the front desk helped me out and arranged a different room with 1 large bed for the night. Huge tasty breakfast was included. Parking under the hotel, great location, great staff, great interior..... met all my expectations. I would stay again, for sure!

Excellent property. Everything is new and modern. The rooms are huge and as the name suggests, there is beautiful artwork lining the walls. Breakfast is at the cafe across the street and it’s fantastic!! There is a vegetarian option. It was a little confusing to find the entrance… it’s behind the building in the courtyard. Parking is under the building with the entrance just at the side, very easy. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk downtown. There is a grocery store downstairs. I would stay again and recommend it.

When we arrived the stuff was so warm and very hospitality, they help us to park the car. The location is in the center of the most beautiful part of the street and exactly in the middle of the city, the room was very clean, new and comfortable with small balcony to the lovely garden, the breakfast was a le cart like in a restaurant and the price was perfect. I will come back again if I will be in Shkodar

A magical, peaceful place at the shore of Lake Shkodra. So lush and green - a large space full of grass, trees, birds chirping. Many caravans are parked in the compound. There are also regular parking spots for the guests of the hotel or tree houses. We took a hotel room. It is not large, but clean, and has the basic facilities. An advantage is that the water in the resort are drinkable. The price is affordable, although breakfast is not included. However, there is an excellent restaurant in the resort; it is open from morning till late evening and has a variety of food - fresh, tasty and for low prices and very good service. There is also a minimarket and laundry services inside the resort. Bear in mind, though, that the staff do not freshen up the room or supply clean towels unless you explicitly ask the staff to do it ... The resort offers a daily boat tour to Komani lake and Shala river, which includes lunch and a minibus transportation from the resort and back - recommended.

I think if I were to do this again I might have stayed a...

I think if I were to do this again I might have stayed a night in Shkoder town but the goal of this trip was to truly rest and do less than I usually do when I travel, so I chose to stay two night in Shiroke. I definitely rested, but there aren’t a ton of things to do here tbh! If the weather weren’t so hot I probably would have done more or biked all day but it was simply too hot to do anything. I rented a cheap bike one morning and biked between 8-11am because otherwise it was just too hot. The beaches nearby are also very rocky so it’s not a prime swim spot. I should’ve done a day trip to Prekal or gone into town!

Out of season there is really nothing to do in the city and...

Out of season there is really nothing to do in the city and we cam in the beginning of October. 95% of shops and restaurants are closed and kids have nothing to do int he are of the town. I believe that in the season this place is very lively, but we have not experienced that ourselves.

Five star service.

Five star service. The staff really makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond. The animals all contribute to the farm and are so well taken care of. They’re all a part of the experience. The rooms are impeccably clean and traditional with modern upgrades (best plumbing, great AC, hotel toiletries, great shower etc), clean, crisp white sheets. All of the things you’d expect in a five star hotel, except this feels more like your own home. Gzim and his wife are wonderful and provide help whenever you need advice for local restaurants or a ride nearby. Mrizi is literally 3-4 min max by foot. I preferred staying at Vitoria over Mrizi, and would return again. My son loved it! And Breakfast was wonderful!!

People are warm and inviting.

People are warm and inviting. The town boarders Montenegro and gives you a different view of a Balkin country. It is eye opening how two neighboring countries are different in landscape, dress and food. I would give it a try if you are in the area.

It was the first time to be in Velipoje.

It was the first time to be in Velipoje. It's not a big city but I am positively surprised. The Velipoja beach (where we were placed) was clean, the water was so clear and warm. The kids part with the toys at the center of the city was excellent. The food was good tasted, fresh and the staff was very polite.

Shkoder is a nice place to stay in especially if visiting places like Komani Lake, Shala River, and Teth. You can go on day trips and then relax and dine in the evening in one of the many restaurants in Shkoder.
