Our room offered magnificent mountain views that made every day special. We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.

Venue was perfect for our trip. Easy access from train station to the bus. Gorgeous town and friendly people. The breakfast was the best we experienced in our multiple stays over the last 10 days. Lots of choices and delicious food. Bar staff went beyond for our late stay.

This was our second visit. Everything was great like in previous year. I was so happy that we even got the same room. It really felt like home. We will be back again for sure!

Location/landscape is exceptional, right on the side of the creek, a hidden treasure but still in available reach to the center - with Pilsner on the tap!

Location was excellent, no noise from the street, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Alasi the Hotel gave you a ride to the train station.

Friendly staff, eager to help with bags and parked the car is remote garage for us.

*Location: The location is tops 30 min walking to anywhere in Bad Gastein. *Staff: The staff there is the real deal, from the front desk, passing the breakfast and restaurant staff, to the bar, all of them are great. *The room: Super clean, cosy and spacious. *The facility: Very organized, great indoor pool, SPA and good gym. *Special thanks: Among all the great staff, my wife and I want to give special thanks to Nessi and Filip, who made "exceptional" hospitality services, which made us plan our next winter trip to the same hotel.

Everything is perfect! We’ve been there 15 years ago and always wanted to go back because of how great this property was. Spa with outdoor hot pool is just amazing, dinners are fine dining experience rather than an ordinary hotel dinners. Stuff is very nice and attentive, rooms are perfect. Thank you Norica, we will return next year!
