Great location right by the gondola. We had a large room with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is right under the building, so very little shlepping of ski equipment. There are several restaurants on the premises, we liked the cafe for breakfast which has vibe like a brooklyn coffee shop in the morning with all the hipster snowboarders. Flims is nearby with a lot of shops and restaurants. We could use the gym and pool of the signing hotel for a little fee.

From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and were even given an upgrade to a spacious room. The spa was beautiful with the outdoor jacuzzi being a favorite. We also loved the little touch of free sparkling water in the hall fridge. Slept like a baby too!

Breafast was super good, want to mention that coffe was super good. Swimming pools are great, they have normal swimming pool and outside swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzy, great to spent time after skiing.
They also had amazing restorant with Japan food

A very nice spacious 3 floors chalet with great private amenities such as sauna room and jacuzzi. An astonishing view of the alps. I really admired the details of the place; its antique and well accommodated decorations.

Staff were great and helpful. We traveled with motorbike from Splugenpass and location is great if you want to do multiple drives. Restaurant is great place to spend evening. Their homemade vine is great!

The highest city in Italy. A perfect getaway.
The highest city in Italy. A perfect getaway. We could have easily stayed another week! Tax free shopping, incredible skiing, great restaurants. Everyone was lovely. A beautiful snow storm on the way in coated the whole city in white. What a great experience!

Bormio and the surrounding villages are very family-friendly, with plenty of outdoor parks for children.
The thermal spas and swimming pools were definitely the highlight of the trip. A drive up to Stelvio was a lovely way to cool off during the summer heat.
Some of the hikes and paths along the river felt a bit too manicured, though, we would have liked to be closer to the nature in parts.

Chur is the oldest city in Switzerland. It is surrounded by mountains and has a gondola in walking distance. The city is small enough to walk around, has many old buildings, a festive atmosphere with all the flags, as well as good restaurants with street fronts.

One of the prettiest cities I've ever seen.
One of the prettiest cities I've ever seen. There are a lot of hills, so even walking around you should be prepared for some effort. There were waterfalls visible from a little side street, the beautiful lake, the gorgeous surroundings - I was only there as a stop over and really wished I had more time there. Bike enthusiast heaven!

Huge and varied ski terrain in the winter, great off-piste skiing, lots of lovely on-piste skiing as well. In the summer months, Davos is pleasantly cool with clear refreshing mountain air; great for hiking and riding my mountain e-bike to remote and scenic mountain locations.

Ischgl is the base of a wonderful super-ski network. We came for the spring skiing and it did not disappoint. Steep piste and off-piste runs, with plenty of space to absorb skiers. The skill level of all skiers was very high, which made the experience even better. New lifts, with four-, six- and eight seaters. The mountain dining and drinking lodges were super!

We went to Flims for skiing at the beginning of March.
We went to Flims for skiing at the beginning of March. There were no big crowds at all and did not have to queue practically at all to ski lifts. Not many tourists besides us.
Local skiers in Switzerland are very skilled, and slopes are therefore very safe. Slopes are also serviced at every night.

The skiing is directly above the town so quick and easy to get going and get back.
At the top, there is a cable car that links to Lenzerheide.
The pistes are very fairly graded into blue, red and black.
I didn't go off-piste but there seems a lot of it.
Arosa is a good-sized resort with 2 supermarkets and enough cafes/restaurants/shops.
If you are in a party, it is best to reserve restaurant tables in the evenings.
There are bus services around the resort.
Taxis and horse rides are at the station.
If it has been snowing heavily, the streets and pavements may not be clear of snow so arrive in winter footwear.
I would stay here again.

Beautiful countryside and perfect for walking or cycling in the hillsides around the village, plus some really nice restaurants open late into the evening filled with people who all appeared to be having a good time. Also great to be able to do some duty free shopping.
