I like Bad Reichenhall, It is a very cozy and picturesque place. Even if there weren't so many tourists oriented points around, I'd be getting pleasure just walking through this town. I like the Avalon hotel: its kind stuff, its cozy cafe on the ground floor, its warm atmosphere, and many, many other small things that leave a very pleasant impression. I'd especially express my thanks for disconnecting the rain detector from the marquis management system. This year, I had a chance to have a cigarette looking at the beautiful mountain view sitting on the balcony while it was raining..

The place was super clean, and the heated pool was amazing to have! I loved my room, so cozy and well made, also loved the bathroom, spotless clean, great shower. The food was good including a wide selection for breakfast. I wished I could have stayed longer. I am definitely coming back here again!

Very friendly, we had super welcome with the lady proprietor coming out to meet us as we pulled up in the car park. The rooms were really clean and everything we needed was there. Also, great views and a nice veranda leading out of the rooms. The breakfast was really good and situated in the conservatory with lovely Mountain views. Hotel Bellevue is walking distance from the Vita Alpina Erlebnis & Wellnessbad and a good base for skiing, whether cross country or downhill at Steinplatte. Also, the staff spoke English well, so great if your German speaking is a struggle!
