From the moment I landed, I was warmly welcomed with a smooth airport pickup service in a very clean and comfortable car. The driver was punctual, polite, and professional, which immediately set the tone for a stress-free and pleasant experience. After a long flight, that level of care makes all the difference. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist (Oaitse) who made check-in quick and effortless. The staff throughout my stay were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel valued and genuinely welcomed. The room was exceptionally neat, spacious, and beautifully arranged. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the entire space felt peaceful and relaxing. It was clear that great attention is given to cleanliness and guest comfort. The room also had excellent lighting, good air conditioning, and a calm atmosphere perfect for both rest and work. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. From hot dishes to fresh fruits and beverages, everything was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. It was the perfect way to start my day. The hotel environment is calm, secure, and well-managed. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, making it suitable for business travelers, couples, families, and tourists alike. The overall service quality, cleanliness, and professionalism truly stand out. Emerald Hotel Gaborone exceeded my expectations in every way. Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff from the time we checked in until we checked out. Location was perfect for us and very central.

The breakfast was great, though I felt that it could have more options than the average hotel breakfast. Still amazing though.

I was from Francistown and catching up the flight to South Africa the following day. The check out time was 11h00 am and my flight was in the afternoon so i requested for a late check out and they were very understanding.

The property grounds are beautiful and serene. The size of room was perfect. The bathroom options of shower and bathtub was very convenient. The staff were helpful and amazing.

Cony at the front desk was most helpful with a speedy check in process. She also arranged for staff driver Henry to take us to town. Henry provided great commentary and was a great impromptu tour guide. To finish off our server Desire was fantastic.

The location, the room, and the people. It’s a beautiful property. I was across from a banana tree and beside the local birds hangout so they sang to me at sunset.

I loved the facility, swimming pool, food and hospitality. Car parks infront of your room and its locked. Waking up to the Sound of the guinea fowls and peacocks. I would go back again
